About MENBELONG - Belonging for Single Migrant Men. A Comparative Perspective

The ERC-funded MENBELONG project aims to explore how single migrant men create strategies for belonging outside formal structures. It will study Syrians in Türkiye, Mexicans in Canada, Turks in Germany, Burmese in Thailand, and Venezuelans in Chile. Using surveys, interviews, archival research, and photo voice, MENBELONG aims to develop a cross-country comparative understanding of belonging for single migrant men.
