Behind Mendful is a methodology refined over decades, combining Nonviolent Communication based in the work of Marshall Rosenberg, Convergent Facilitation, somatic (body based) wisdom, and other relational approaches. The result is a process that is both fast and deep — surfacing the heart of the matter while honoring the complexity of human emotions. Mendful’s mission is to seed a cultural shift: away from polarization and estrangement, toward dialogue, repair, and collaboration.
