About Mendoza United FC, Argentina

European Pro & U.S. College Soccer Prep at Mendoza United FC, Argentina Located in Mendoza, Argentina, Mendoza United F.C. is a full-time football academy dedicated to helping student-athletes reach their potential while continuing online education. We equip players with the technical and tactical skills needed for elite-level play through European-style training and competitive exposure. Why We're Here In the U.S., soccer development lacks the consistency seen in Europe, where their academies teach reading the game at a young age, so Europeans develop field awareness and vision. At Mendoza United F.C., we bridge this gap by providing rigorous training that fosters decision-making 1-2 steps before players receive the ball and teaching technical excellence. Turning American players into self-thinkers at an older developmental age is challenging, but we are achieving success. Since 2024, we've advanced 17 North American players to professional teams in Argentina. Who We Serve Our academy focuses on advancing American players, yet we welcome global talent, creating a rich, cross-cultural environment. This exposure prepares athletes for U.S. college soccer, professional clubs in Argentina, and European opportunities. Our Coaches Teach the Game We face the challenges of developing players who don't come from a strong footballing culture and have thus developed bad habits. Ball-watching. To break Americans of this habit, which is detrimental to development, our coaches need to be teachers of the game, teaching the fundamentals Americans missed in early U.S. soccer development. We show young players the fundamentals required to develop the skills to understand the game independently so players themselves can create strong habits of vision, communication, and decision-making, in addition to giving the technical skills needed for players to be instinctive and creative on the ball all of which are essential for their growth.
