About Mental Health Specialists LLC

A group psychotherapy practice based in Pittsburgh, PA. We aim to create a network and community of people through our work as therapists, where individuals are embodied and fully living in the world, able to participate fully in life, regardless of their feelings or circumstances. We see that the wound in society we are trying to heal is that people are disembodied and dissociative, rather than living life from a place of presence and compassion.
