About Mentor Coaching AI

Coaches, upload a coaching session transcript (as a .pdf, .docx, or .txt file) and stop guessing. Get objective data. Our core AI engine analyzes any session transcript in minutes, providing a detailed technical and analytical report scored against the official ICF Core Competencies (for ACC, PCC, and MCC levels). It's like having a 24/7, on-demand mentor coach to review your work before you engaged with a human mentor coach. We view our platform not as a replacement for human mentor coaches, but as a powerful complement. Including a conversational, chat-based interface. Don't just read a static report—talk to your feedback. After an analysis, you can chat with the AI Mentor to ask follow-up questions like, 'Give me three better examples of a powerful question I could have asked at timestamp 5:30,' or 'Explain the "Evokes Awareness" competency to me again.'"
