About MEP Pros Inc.

MEP Pros Inc. is a coordinated multi-trade service partner built for multifamily, commercial, and residential properties. We bring plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and leak detection together under one trusted team in the Portland Metro Area — so property owners, managers, and leasing can move forward with clarity and confidence. We exist to bring clarity to property service. Managing buildings means managing complexity, timelines, budgets, and people. Our role is to reduce friction by coordinating work across trades, communicating clearly, and following through — without creating more work for the people responsible for protecting valuable assets. Communication and accountability across every trade. The standard we hold ourselves to on every property, every call, every time. Founded in 2020, MEP Pros Inc. started with a simple belief: property management teams deserved better support from the trades they rely on. Since then, we’ve grown intentionally — adding services not to expand but to meet our partners requests for the same team, the same standards, and the same accountability across all major building systems.
