About Meraki Counseling

As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I am sensitive to the complex and sometimes unknown internal landscapes we’ve created to maintain our emotional survival. I work collaboratively with clients to transform personal narratives to release the power of shame and cultivate compassion, curiosity, and connection.
