About MERCATUS

With over 25 years of experience, Mercatus designs and manufactures high-performance refrigeration solutions tailored to the demands of modern professional kitchens. Different ingredients require different care, from temperature to humidity and airflow. We master these variables to ensure food stays fresher, safer, and more appealing for longer. But preservation today is more than a technical challenge, it's a responsability. One that calls for smarter, more sustainable and more human-centered solutions. That's why we developed our Sense, Teknae, and Fresh lines: innovative systems that combine advanced technology with efficiency, durability, and intuitive performance. At Mercatus, we're not just cooling, we're advancing the way food is preserved, prepared and served. Refrigeration that takes care of what matters most!
