About MerchantIQ

MerchantIQ® builds AI-native shopping experiences for E-commerce stores. Our flagship experience, SwitchIt™, adds an AI shopping mode to existing E-commerce sites. Shoppers can switch from static browsing to a personalized, guided experience that adapts in real time based on behavior, conversation, and cart activity. SwitchIt™ works as a lightweight overlay, requires no redesign, and integrates with existing checkout flows. It helps stores improve product discovery, reduce friction during shopping, and support customers throughout their journey.
