About Merchmix

Growing retail brands don’t struggle with inventory they struggle with visibility, timing, and decision-making. Without a clear, real-time view of demand, stock, and performance, teams are forced into reactive planning, leading to overstock, missed sales, and constant firefighting. Merchmix is the inventory operating system built to change that. It connects planning, buying, and execution in one AI-driven platform, giving teams a live view of their business so they can forecast demand, optimise inventory, and act on risks before they impact revenue and margin.
