About Mercury Projects

Mercury Projects is a Dubai-based development firm founded by Hamed Ghavidel that specializes in delivering projects of note from initial acquisition and brokerage through to design, delivery and marketing. Our team draws on some of the region’s best and most qualified design, engineering and construction experts, together with a team of brokers to mitigate the myriad challenges presented by time, approvals, regulations and budgets. We are guided by a sense of integrity and best practice that is reflected in the attention to detail taken in each step of the process and our pride in the finished product. The results are consistently exceptional residential and commercial projects that reflect a range of briefs from both developers and private owners and importantly, represent optimal return on investment.
