Meritad Law Africa was founded in 2016 when two senior partners, Moibi Mose and Protas Saende Gathege, merged two medium-sized law firms where they spent 11 and 9 years as partners respectively. They felt that there should be a fresh approach to offering legal services. Their vision and desire is to offer world-class legal services in an innovative way that harnesses the use of technology.
