MERKY is a recruiting firm built around one obsession: signal. Our ambition is to become the connector of trajectories by combining AI intelligence with human judgment. We use AI to continuously map talent and company DNA: skills, seniority signals, domain patterns, team histories, mobility indicators, and timing. This lets us spot the right people before the market becomes a race. Our models are self-hosted, privacy-first, and designed to reduce noise, not replace humans.
