Merlinhawk Composites and Engineering Private Limited is a Joint Venture Company between Merlinhawk Aerospace Pvt Ltd and Vega Composites, Italy with Headquarters located in India’s tech hub Bengaluru. Merlinhawk Composites was founded with a vision to provide end to end services for design and manufacturing of high-tech composite solutions across sectors. With strong legacy of both Merlinhawk Aerospace and Vega Composites, Merlinhawk Composites has deeper know-how of manufacturing capabilities in areas of: 1). Multi-layer/ band radomes, domes, complex antenna systems, multi-band antenna reflectors, tank shields, drone parts and deep-sea submersibles 2). Composite fiber reinforced structures like Carbon, Glass, Kevlar, Innegra, Rohacell and Dyneema 3). Integrated complex metal parts Our world-class composite manufacturing facility is spread over two and a half acres in SIPCOT near Hosur in India. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including autoclaves, oven, ISO certified clean room, pre-preg cutting machine, 5 axis CNC machine and CMM. With manufacturing capabilities in layup, vacuum bagging, resin transfer moulding and autoclave curing, we can manufacture complex geometries and large-scale structures to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
