About Merrick Construction Inc.

For over three decades, Merrick’s foundation has been built upon three main elements: craftsmanship, service, and trust. As we have evolved over the years, collaboration, communication, and a step-by-step integrated process all contribute to a premier experience that is driven by personalization and efficiencies that our clients desire, and deserve to expect. We immerse ourselves into each assignment and obsess over the details as if it were our own. Therefore, if you are like-minded, Merrick is the best partner to build your home. While the quality of our work is in a class of its own, what also differentiates Merrick is our honest, communicative, and transparent approach, hands-on interactions with our clients, commitment to staying within the client’s timeframe and budget, and an exceptional level of integrity and pride in our work. Merrick Construction (Merrick) was founded in 1989 by Timothy Merrick Cross, a native of Middletown Township, New Jersey. His vision and hard work, coupled with an exceptionally-curated team of craftsmen, continue to set Merrick apart as a top custom home builder within Monmouth County and beyond.
