Our premises are HMRC approved as a customs bonded warehouse facility which allows our customers to defer payment of import duty and VAT. Items that are temporarily imported into the UK before either installation in the UK or delivery into the EU or re-export can be stored in bond giving a VAT and duty deferment. During 2008 we expanded our services to provide export packing and shipping services. We are now able to remove equipment from a customer site, transport to our warehouse facility and arrange for the equipment to be packed to any specification and shipped to any destination in the world. Merritts are able to offer both mechanical and electrical engineering services. We have worked with numerous manufacturers and end users spanning a wide range of industries. This has allowed us to gain the knowledge and expertise required to deliver faultless engineering solutions with both quality and precision.
