About Merx Africa

Merx Africa is a commerce infrastructure platform built to protect and empower social sellers across Nigeria. We help independent sellers on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook sell with confidence by securing payments in escrow, providing verified storefronts, and centralizing all customer conversations in one inbox. With Merx, every sale is locked in secure payment rails before a product is shipped, eliminating disputes and giving sellers peace of mind. Our platform creates a trusted storefront in minutes, simplifies order tracking, and ensures sellers get paid immediately once delivery is confirmed. We are on a mission to make social commerce safer, more reliable, and more profitable for everyday sellers who depend on digital channels to grow their business.
