About Meseret Mare Solar Import and Installation

Meseret Mare is an established Ethiopian solar importation and distribution company dedicated to expanding energy access for off-grid rural communities. Our focus includes solar home systems, solar lanterns, and especially solar pump solutions that support both irrigation and clean drinking water. We have seen firsthand the challenges faced by rural communities. Many depend on costly and environmentally harmful fossil fuels for irrigation, and women often travel long distances before dawn to collect clean water. These issues limit productivity, health, and overall development. In response, we have built a strong and reliable business that delivers affordable and sustainable solar technologies. Our product range includes a wide selection of solar home systems (SHSs) and different capacities of submersible and surface solar pump systems. We offer complete end-to-end services that include site assessment, system design and sizing, installation, and commissioning. These services ensure long-lasting, impactful solutions for the communities we serve.
