About Metastasis Research Society

The Metastasis Research Society (MRS) is a professional society dedicated to supporting progressive metastatic cancer research for improving treatments and patient lives worldwide. Despite the current clinical challenges in treating metastatic disease, metastasis research remains critically underfunded. We have both Researcher/Clinician Members and Supporting Members from the metastatic patient community (metastatic patients, family, caregivers, friends). We host a Biennial International Conference on Metastasis every two years throughout the world in addition to joint conferences throughout the year to promote information exchange. We also offer opportunities for early career investigator development and serve to educate the metastatic patient community. Check us out at metastasis-research.org!
