Our joint venture and partnership with other funds, provide us with additional diversification with other asset classes such as retail, hospitality, senior living and student housing. Our vision is to build a high-quality series of funds consisting of well managed assets that deliver above average returns to our investors and provides Metis a unique investment platform.
