About Metro Food Rescue
We rescue surplus food that would otherwise be thrown away from farms, grocery stores, catering events, and food pantries. We then quickly get it into the hands of our Metro Detroit neighbors who face food insecurity. For every $1 we raise we are able to provide 9 meals to our neighbors in need.
