Metro Home Managers (MHM), a limited liability company, is a full service residential property management and advisory firm designed to serve individual home owners, investors, developers, home owner/condominium associations, government, and institutional clients. MHM features a service oriented “a la carte” model rather than the traditional flat fee (based on a percentage of rental income) system. Our menu options allow landlords to pick and choose the services they require, avoiding fees for services they may not need or want.
