About Metrocon

Metrocon are privately-owned building contractors delivering integrated design, construction, and development solutions across Perth and regional Western Australia. We operate across the full spectrum of construction — from major refurbishments in live school environments to technically complex new builds, including boutique townhouse developments, mixed-use apartment complexes, and state-of-the-art schools. Independent and locally owned, we’re part of the communities we serve, giving us the agility to respond quickly, adapt to project needs, and make decisions in partnership with our clients. We're proud of the fact that a large share of our work comes from repeat business and referrals, fuelling a robust pipeline of projects underway across a broad range of sectors and delivery models. It demonstrates the strength of the relationships we build and the trust clients have that every project will be delivered on time, on budget, and built to last.
