About MetroWaxx

MetroWaxx is Central Iowa's home for men's and women's body waxing since 2005. Local to the core, MetroWaxx was created in Johnston, IA, by a woman who knew she could offer something better. Which remains our focus in each service of every day. Our waxers are all licensed professionals who graduate from our rigorous two-month training program. MetroWaxx has been voted by the community as Des Moines' Best Local Waxing Salon. Through our dilligence in training and our desire to be the best, we are proud to offer the 'Best Wax Ever Guarantee.' We look forward to meeting you.
