About MettleLab

MettleLab is a premium training platform built by working producers, for the next generation of producers. We exist because emerging producers deserve more than a sink-or-swim culture. Our programs give them the practical skills, industry knowledge, and confidence to lead safer, more inclusive and higher-quality productions. Training is delivered by experienced professionals actively working in the field, not academics. Every course is grounded in real-world challenges and up-to-date industry standards, so what's taught is immediately applicable on set and in the office. We work with both emerging producers ready to level up, and the organisations, studios and heads of production who want to invest in their teams, reduce risk, and retain great talent. Producing, reimagined.
