About Mexico Sourcing Group | "Nearshoring the Supply-Chain of the Future..."

Always imitated, but never duplicated! Established in 2003, MSG has been partnering with Fortune 1000 industrial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to help them reduce their direct material's Total Cost of Ownership and enhance Purchase Price Variance (PPV) savings by Nearshoring their Contract Manufacturing and Direct Material Supply-Base to Mexico. We do this by using a Latin America strategic sourcing approach and turn-key reshoring initiatives to achieve supply-base localization & rationalization in the Pacific Alliance's Best Cost Countries (BCC) such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile. In the last 18 years since MSG was established in the year 2003, we have successfully spearheaded over 500 RFQ initiatives and negotiated with more than 1,000 suppliers throughout Mexico and Latin America for some of the world’s largest and most respected public and privately held multi-national/multi-billion dollar corporations. We have also assisted hundreds of OEMs source an estimated combined total spend of over $1 Billion. We have an established track record of analyzing and interpreting cost drivers when developing cost-out sourcing strategies and in managing commodity performance across the full product life-cycle from new product development (NPD) through maturity. We possess an in-depth supply-market expertise to drive commodity hedging strategies and have a solid history utilizing out-of-the-box cost reduction approaches and advanced cost management tools like Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE). We are subject matter experts and sought-after thought leaders in the field of supply-base localization and reshoring from Asia-Pacific's Low-Cost Countries (i.e. China) to Latin America's Best-Cost Countries (i.e. Mexico). #allyshoring
