INTERMEDIARY in the conclusion of commercial agreements between Clients in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare field in the following business areas: - CORPORATE and M&A: Acquisition or sale of companies/business units Acquisition or sale of manufacturing facilities Cooperation between companies such as Equity Participation, Joint-Venture, Partnership, etc. - MARKETING Acquisition or sale, co-marketing, co-promotion, exclusive distribution and exchange of single products or product-lines - DEVELOPMENT Licensing of new products and technologies (IN and OUT) Formulation set up and production of new or innovative pharmaceutical dosage forms for line-extensions of existing products Acquisition or sale of registration files of generics/me too products Provides Clients with the following SERVICES: - ECONOMIC EVALUATIONS of assets (companies, product portfolios, single products/brands), as expert in the Pharmaceutical field qualified by the Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA) of Milano. - MARKET ANALYSIS AND SURVEYS - PROMOTION/SEARCH OF TOLL MANUFACTURING of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and dietetic products. - CONSULTING in the following matters: Scouting and Market Intelligence Product portfolio analysis and management Management of Divestment process of non-core products Subsidiary start up Regulatory affairs and dealings with the Italian health authorities
