About MGM Alliance

MGM Alliance is a 100% Aboriginal-owned, multi-discipline contractor formed through the alliance of leading Indigenous businesses — Maali Group, Gnalla Enviro, and Millstream Holdings. Founded and led by proud Traditional Owners from different regions across Western Australia, MGM Alliance brings together deep cultural knowledge, strong local networks, and proven operational capability to deliver impactful outcomes across both regional and metropolitan projects. With a strong footprint in the Pilbara and expanding operations statewide, MGM Alliance delivers high-quality construction, commissioning, maintenance, and integrated facilities services across the resources, energy, utilities, government, defence, and infrastructure sectors. What sets MGM Alliance apart is our genuine commitment to Aboriginal participation and economic inclusion. Our leadership team shares a bold vision: to create lasting change through collaboration, culture, and capability. Our business is guided by three foundational pillars: • Employment & Development We create culturally safe career pathways through apprenticeships, traineeships, job-readiness programs, and long-term employment — with a focus on the next generation of Aboriginal workers. • Supply Chain Diversity We actively engage and mentor local Aboriginal businesses to grow capability and expand economic opportunities across the state. • Community Engagement & Cultural Integrity We invest in local initiatives, support grassroots programs, and build trusted relationships with communities to create a ripple effect of positive impact. Together, we are building more than projects — we’re strengthening communities, empowering futures, and setting a new standard for Aboriginal-led delivery across Western Australia.
