About MH Corporate Finance GmbH

MHCF is an independent Corporate Finance Advisory based in Vienna combining the long- and short-term views on corporate capital in three fields of business: Corporate Finance Advisory, Supply Chain Finance Consulting, Direct Investments.  Corporate Finance: Equity is the driver behind growth,
but there is no free lunch out there
in the equity markets. MHCF supports corporate clients in finding and realizing their mid- and long-term equity strategy. We prepare companies and managements to address the private and public capital markets or find strategic or institutional financial investors.  Supply Chain Finance: Working capital optimization and sustainable supply chains play increasingly important roles for running a business. At MHCF we advise corporate clients with regards to their financial supply chain. We find, structure and implement Supply Chain Finance tools adequate for the client's situation. On the other side we advise financial institutions and technology providers to create and provide those valuable Supply Chain Finance products which tackle the needs of the real economy.  Direct Investments: Good ideas need capital and execution. Liquidity and access to fresh capital are major concerns for founders as key elements to grow. Being entrepreneurs, we provide start-up businesses in different stages with our professional expertise and network but also engage ourselves as investors with equity or debt Investments. In many cases we take over management positions (mostly CFO). At MHCF we know that there are no out-of-the-box and fit-for-all solutions. Every company's DNA is different. Our experts act in all three fields of business with full dedication to deliver quality results. We ansi offer trainings and workshops in the above mentioned topics including the use of a business simulation tool ("The Cool Connection" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tPM_DahROg).
