At the forefront of championing health and well-being for vulnerable populations, the Mobile Foundation for Health, Security, and Rehabilitation (MHSR) is a youth-led non-profit organization founded in 2014. MHSR is dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized communities, particularly those most at risk of infections, diseases, and social injustices, including stigma, discrimination, marginalization, and violence. MHSR specializes in innovative healthcare delivery, capacity building, advocacy, research, and partnerships. We focus on young men and women in all their diversity, prioritizing the Sexual Minority Community, and other Most-at-Risk Populations (MARPs). By leveraging technology and holistic approaches, MHSR ensures accessible healthcare services, including HIV/STI testing, and empowers individuals to navigate healthcare systems, advocate for their rights, and lead fulfilling lives. Our advocacy efforts are centered on equity, human rights, and social justice, while our research initiatives drive policy development and the promotion of best practices.
