Mia’s goal as your coach is to generate powerful and insightful conversation in order to create space for you to identify possibilities you never dreamed imaginable. Together, you will explore the subjective hurdles which keep you stuck in your current reality while, at the same time, design high-value actions which move you toward the unimaginable future you have identified at the start of the coaching relationship. You can expect one hour per week for a minimum commitment of 3 months and each client’s journey is based on the projects and objectives which they have identified at the start of the relationship. Within each session you will create actions and practices to be taken on between session, which support your objectives. Together, you will work on the 'foreground' projects you identify, such as relationships, career, health, job etc. while in the 'background' working on shifting your thinking so you begin to live your life from a place of commitment and responsibility. All sessions are done by phone, Skype, FaceTime so you can be anywhere.
