About Miclijor Group

Miclijor Group is a collective of specialised companies dedicated to the creation, construction, and long-term care of exceptional properties in Marbella and the Costa del Sol. The group brings together six companies, each highly specialised in its own field, covering both construction and lifestyle services for luxury real estate. By combining expertise across disciplines, we deliver an experience unlike any other for the development and management of high-end residences. Our companies include Nalipemi (luxury construction and renovation), Lijomi (architectural and interior design), Madulmus (bespoke joinery and wood craftsmanship), Colpindec (specialist painting and decorative finishes), Clindolec (specialists in every type of technical installation a home needs), and Limantecon (property maintenance and specialised cleaning). Individually, each company operates as an expert in its sector. Together, they form a coordinated network that works in close collaboration, allowing projects to move smoothly from concept and construction to finishing, maintenance, and long-term property care. Based in Marbella, Miclijor serves an international clientele seeking excellence, precision, and a fully integrated approach to luxury living.
