Our experience has been developed from different angles: * Working for Contractors - providing Value Engineering to win Bids. - delivering optimized designs in agreement with specifications, budget and schedule. * Working for Designers - understanding the Contractors and Client’s needs, providing cost effective designs. * Working for the Client - drafting bid documents that describe the client needs. Our Services: We provide design management, to coordinate the procurement of Design – Build projects, as well as overseeing the engineering/construction of the project. We deliver innovation, for a successful implementation and development of a Design – Build scheme. We offer consulting services all the way through the Design – Build process, with specific and personal value engineering on bridges and transportation projects in general.
