Our work generally falls into three areas: Executive Search – identifying and placing senior leaders and key functional hires across operations, finance, commercial, and technical roles. Recruiting & Staffing Solutions – through our nearshore recruiting platform Skillya, we provide embedded recruiting support and scalable hiring solutions for organizations that need ongoing recruiting bandwidth. HR & Talent Advisory – supporting organizational design, hiring strategy, and HR infrastructure for companies professionalizing their operations.
