MicroFlex Spaces jobs and careers

About MicroFlex Spaces

MicroFLEX™ properties can be used for everything from contractor space to, light assembly and warehouse space, fulfillment hubs for an e-commerce business, showrooms, office for creatives, or sports training. It can even be used as a place to house a car collection or recreational vehicles or used as other hobby space. The uses are truly endless. MicroFlex™ LLC is a new venture led by Andy Sink and John Thomas, partners at Colliers Alabama and the founders of Birmingham-based OWN Alabama. It is the result of extensive research indicating that there are new realities in commercial real estate utilization and a void of available properties designed to meet demand. MicroFlex properties are designed to meet the evolving needs of smaller modern businesses, entrepreneurs and hobbyists seeking smaller, easily adaptable multi-function spaces with flexible lease terms.
