MicroSalt® is a breakthrough patented technology in salt production that delivers a natural salt with 50% less sodium and 100% of the flavor. MicroSalt’s mission is to deliver food technology solutions that enable people to live a long and healthy life. The micro-sized particles of MicroSalt are approximately 100x smaller and taste 20% saltier than typical salt crystals as well as being free from any substitutes or bitter aftertaste. This allows consumers to reduce their sodium intake by half, without compromising on flavor. MicroSalt is a non-GMO, kosher and gluten free salt that helps food companies comply with the National Academies of Sciences and voluntary draft USDA guidelines to reduce sodium intake without risking to alter their product’s taste.
