About Mid-Atlantic Property Maintenance

Backed by over 20 years of experience in servicing a wide range of clients, the management team at MAPM understands how to design a program that will meet the specific needs of any size business with any size budget. Founded in 1999 MAPM is no stranger to mass acreage, wide area mowing, and Snow & Ice Management. We maintain over 1400 acres of turf per week, touching over 360 locations weekly. Our staff has the required clearances and background checks to service any facility requiring FBI Identity History Summary Checks (34 US CODE 20351), Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Pennsylvania School Law 24 PS1-11), and Pennsylvania State Police background checks to operate.
