About MIDI Lab

MIDI Lab AI is a real-time, browser-based AI MIDI platform built for modern music creation and live performance. Unlike most AI music tools that generate audio files, MIDI Lab generates musical intent, streaming MIDI directly to hardware synthesizers, drum machines, and software instruments in real time. This allows artists to stay in control of their sound, using the instruments and signal chains they already know, trust, and have invested in. At the core of MIDI Lab is the Infinite MIDI Engine, a system that continuously generates and evolves musical ideas without loops, exports, or interruptions. The platform runs entirely in the browser, requires no plugins or DAW, and is designed to integrate seamlessly into live and studio workflows. MIDI Lab is built by musicians and technologists with deep experience in live performance, hardware systems, and creative tooling. Our focus is on feel, immediacy, and control, bringing AI into the creative flow without replacing the artist. We believe the future of music AI isn’t about replacing sound, but about empowering creators to explore, perform, and evolve ideas in real time. 🎛️ Real-time AI MIDI 🎶 Hardware-first workflows 🚀 Built for live performance and modern production Learn more at midilab.ai
