About Midland Exteriors

Professionally-installed replacement windows, entry doors, vinyl siding, seamless steel siding, and more from Midland Exteriors. If you’ve spent any time searching for exterior remodeling services in Kansas, you’ve probably noticed a few common themes: contractors bragging about crazy-fast installation times, companies cutting corners to offer rock-bottom prices, and salespeople haranguing you with high-pressure tactics and upsells. It can be hard to wade through the hundreds of questionable providers to find a company you can trust—we know because we’ve tried it ourselves! In fact, these very issues with the exterior remodeling industry were what drove us to start Midland Exteriors back in 2002. At Midland, we do things differently! As a family-owned and operated company for more than 15 years, Midland Exteriors is here to change how remodeling services are done—setting the bar for all those unqualified and unprofessional providers. If you’re ready to love the home you live in, get in touch with our expert remodelers today! What’s Different About Our Exterior Remodeling Team Unlike many exterior remodeling companies around Kansas, Midland Exteriors takes a uniquely customer-driven approach. Here’s exactly why we stand out from the crowd of other remodeling services: We’ve partnered with trusted manufacturers to bring only the highest-quality products to local homes, including windows, doors, gutters, and siding. We absolutely refuse to hire subcontractors! By working with our own on-staff employees, we maintain strict quality control and customer service. We offer some of the best exterior remodeling warranties in town, like lifetime coverage for our steel siding and Infinity Windows From Marvin. We want you to be satisfied with your home improvement project, no matter how profitable your project may be for us. We’ll never recommend a product or service you don’t truly need, and we’ll always provide transparent pricing from the get-go.
