About Migrash Mishela - Sports-Gender-Academy

"Migrash Mishela" (meaning "A pitch of one's own", an analogy to the renowned feminist novel "A room of one's own" by Virginia Woolf) is a project dealing with providing knowledge in Hebrew about sports and gender. The purpose of this innovative project is to bridge the knowledge gap regarding working with female athletes by making knowledge accessible for coaches and managers that work with women and girls in sports. We do it by interviewing scholars, coaches, and administrators and publishing articles and podcasts regarding sports and gender issues.
