About MiKeN Development

MiKeN Development is a real estate developer focused on urban neighborhoods in Nashville and Chattanooga. We believe in community revitalization and the growth of the urban core, working closely with neighborhoods on land use and policy throughout the development process. Focusing on one neighborhood at a time, MiKeN offers a range of products that integrate into the community, acting as an advocate for the area. The result is the creation of vibrant, walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods that foster long-term sustainability and inclusivity.
