Mild Activity is a social running club based in Dublin. We started the club with the aim of helping people expand their network through meeting like minded people who like to MOVE. We run every Sunday morning at 9am and every second Wednesday at 7pm. It’s free to join and everyone is welcome (just show up!), find more details on our Instagram page @MildActivity
