A long-time Hoboken resident that was frustrated with his Property Management Company's high fees and promised high service levels. As a small 4 unit building we just weren't large enough to justify the attention we desired. And when we needed them the most, they weren't there. Facing costly capital improvement projects, I moved our HOA to self-management and haven't looked back as we've saved thousands of dollars a year.
