About Milkam Hospitality

Milkam Hospitality is a hospitality management, development, and construction company based in Wake Forest, NC. We embarked on our journey with the development of a 26-unit independent hotel in 1987. Since this humble beginning, we have dedicated ourselves to prioritizing guest satisfaction, investing in the development of our associates, and upholding the highest standards of quality in everything we do. In recent years, we have focused on an initiative to divest older properties and invest in new ground-up development projects. Today, Milkam Hospitality proudly owns and operates 260 hotel rooms across three locations in the Greater Raleigh Area. Our team of over 90 associates embodies our values of excellence and dedication to guest satisfaction. As franchisees of Intercontinental Hotels Group and Hilton Worldwide, we remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.
