MPC is a specialist development and investment consultancy primarily focused on residential and mixed use schemes. As well as considering opportunities for brownfield regeneration, we also work with organisations to optimise the value of their existing property portfolio through site relocations and redevelopments. We are typically involved in site identification, evaluation, assessment on planning prospects and taking the site through to acquisition or disposal. We have a broad range of clients including leading house builders, private developers, registered social landlords, institutions, entrepreneurs, investors and retirement/care home operators.
