About Mind & Mission

Mind & Mission was founded by psychotherapists Kirsty Ritchie and Louise Scott. Together they share a purpose to improve your Mental Fitness, whether that's at home or at work. Mental Fitness is generated through unlocking your inner self, identifying your strengths and using these to support areas that challenge you. It will enable you to manage unhelpful thoughts, tackle your inner critic and engage productively with others. Ultimately you will feel fulfilled, determined, and optimistic, improving overall health, work performance and work/life balance. Mind & Mission brings professional coaching and private counselling to all. Mind & Mission is Scotland’s only business provider of Cognosis, an online tool which provides quantifiable evidence to back your investment in mental fitness. The data will also provide your baseline position from which to measure improvement and return on investment.
