Our sessions are positive, uplifting, and engaging, designed to stimulate thinking, boost memory, and encourage interaction—all from home. CST is an evidence-based therapy using word games, music, and storytelling to improve memory and thinking. Developed in the UK by UCL, CST is recommended by the NHS and Alzheimer’s Society as an effective non-drug treatment. Sessions create a positive, happy atmosphere that builds confidence and well-being. Focus and engagement have been shown to be much improved. At MindRelief365, we are the leaders in online iCST, offering sessions that bring joy, laughter, and connection, tailored to individual needs. Our sessions provide respite for carers, allowing them to relax while their loved ones engage in enjoyable, guided activities. Example- Online CST Session? Sessions are structured, interactive, and ability-based: Welcome – Warm greetings, light conversations, and setting a positive tone. Themed Discussions – Fun topics like favorite pastimes, music, food, and travel. Brain-Boosting Activities – Memory games, word games, quizzes, and puzzles. Closing – A happy recap, smiles, and a friendly goodbye. Sessions are Flexible and Accessible available in 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Accessible via Zoom or WhatsApp, scientifically backed, fully online, removing travel barriers. Designed to be fun, positive, and engaging. No session limits—book as needed. CST Group Sessions – Interactive and social therapy. Individual iCST Sessions –Tailored to ability. Carer Support – Training and respite. Psychological Services – Therapy for anxiety, CBT, and more.
