About Mind Weavers

We are licensed mental health professionals dedicated to improving the way our clients live—not just how they feel—so that change is lasting and meaningful. Our work is grounded in evidence-based mental health care, thoughtfully tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and life context. Our services are designed to support individuals, couples, and families in moving toward a preferred and more fulfilling life. We integrate psychological and psychiatric care using a multidisciplinary, ethical, and client-centred approach. We use an array of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness-based psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and behaviour modification, adapted sensitively for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and firmly grounded in science. As part of our commitment to comprehensive care, we also offer rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)—a safe, non-invasive, evidence-based brain stimulation therapy—for selected mental health conditions, following careful clinical evaluation and professional supervision.
