ACT, which is based in Relational Frame Theory, a behavior analytic theory, is about centering the values of the individual and creating a framework of support centered around those values. Furthermore, Mindful Behavior is about centering autistic voices and ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are the default, not the exception.
