About Mindful Dynamics Counseling pc

We are passionate about working with individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues with a particular interest in relational and attachment trauma from behaviors including infidelity, compulsive behaviors, toxic behaviors & addictions. Working from your mind-body connection to heal betrayal, attachment wounds, and compulsive behaviors, we approach sessions from a trauma-informed lens and work with clients to help define experiences to make meaning and keep moving forward.
